Usage Restrictions

Re-streaming, transmitting, or distributing the content is prohibited. Sharing your subscription will lead to instant termination without prior notice.

Quality of Service

IPTV service quality depends on various factors like your internet provider, speed, bandwidth, and streaming sources. Buffering, freezing, or other issues might occur. Ensure you have high-speed internet with low latency, and your ISP permits IPTV services.

Proxy/VPN Policy

Using proxies or VPNs is not recommended because we provide a built-in proxy server. In some cases, like if your ISP blocks IPTV, we may suggest using a VPN.

Unsupported Countries

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digitally downloadable services, refunds are not possible once the files are delivered unless there are extraordinary circumstances. If our server remains down for over a week, you can request a partial refund based on your subscription’s unused portion. Note that a 30% refund fee applies, and the refund process can take up to 14 days to complete.

If your internet speed falls below 20 Mbps, you are likely to encounter buffering issues. This higher speed range helps to maintain consistent quality and uninterrupted service.

How many simultaneous connections are allowed?
